Our week at Villa Mi Sueño truly was a dream come true. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with a thoughtful welcome package, setting the tone for an unforgettable stay. The house was beautifully equipped with all the luxury amenities we could wish for, making us feel right at home from the start.
The tranquil surroundings and proximity to the beach, restaurants, and other amenities made it an ideal location for both relaxation and exploration. Although some of our little ones missed a heated pool, the refreshing dip on warm days was more than welcome - and the giant lemons from the lemon tree in the garden made for a delightful addition to our meals.
Overall, Villa Mi Sueño was the perfect choice for our family holiday, and we're already looking forward to returning soon!

The villa is spectacular. Very new. With a lot of space. It has AC. Although we have hardly had to use it. The private salt water pool is a perfect one. On the large terraces we have enjoyed meals, games, talks. The environment is very quiet and the coves are very close on foot. If you prefer a sandy beach, Calpe is very close by car.

Wir waren mit zwei Familien im Haus und waren begeistert. Die Beschreibung passte genau und Noelle und Sven waren immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben sich schnell bei Fragen zurückgemeldet.

We used Airbnb quite a bit already in our past, but this was by far the best experience we ever had! The house is simply amazing, a wonderful space for up to eight adults built with much love for small and nice details having a wonderful and modern style in great quality! If you have visited this place you most likely will have problems to leave back to your home afterwards 😉
May it be the lovely pool with the sunchairs and the bbq outside in front of the house or the nice view from the terrace on the first floor having a cozy lounge with a sea view on which you want to experience the magic of the sundown in the evening.
If you are travelling with children, like we did, you may prefer to cook yourself, and you will find everything you need for that within the fully equipped kitchen! You also definitely should grant yourself a barista like espresso from the espresso machine in the morning! Lightning fast Internet, SmartTV and a Sonos Sound System in the living room actually entertained us when the sun made a small break, so even bad weather cannot harm you here.
In addition to this wonderful place Sven and Noelle were great and lovely hosts. They are extremely kind and caring and answered all our questions super fast. In addition they helped us with "local knowledge" where to go, what to do and what to avoid.
In a nutshell I would say there is no way around booking this place and you can be happy if you are privileged to be able to stay here! Better be fast, before we book it again, and again... :-p

La experiencia en casa de Noelle y Sven ha sido excepcional; de hecho, de las mejores que hemos tenido en nuestras estancias de Airbnb.
La casa es grande y dispone de todo aquello que uno puede necesitar, como menaje de todo tipo, unos electrodomésticos maravillosos, camas comodísimas, etc., con numerosos detalles y de calidad.
La piscina y el exterior de la casa (barbacoa, patio...) son un auténtico lujo y, además, la casa tiene cerca bastantes calas.
Y en cuanto a la comunicación con los anfitriones ha sido perfecta. Noelle nos atendió siempre rápida y eficazmente.
¡Un lujo que esperamos poder repetir!

Me and my girlfriend came for cycling for a week during February. Honestly one of the best vacations we've ever had. Great location in between Calp and Moraira. Would stay here again. Noelle and Sven responded within minutes to or questions.

Il ne faut surtout pas hésiter à partir en janvier à Benissa dans cette superbe maison. La météo est vraiment très agréable et la végétation est magnifique. Il y a des citrons et des oranges dans le jardin. Pour nous, canadiens, cela est très exotique. La découverte de la région est facile et il y a une multitude de petits endroits qui sont magiques. De plus, il est facile de se rendre à Valence pour une belle journée dans cette superbe ville.La maison est très confortable, agréable et très moderne. Il y a du chauffage pour les soirée fraîche et le foyer donne une ambiance très romantique. Tous les équipements de la maison sont de très bonne qualité et fonctionnent parfaitement. Aussi, il y a une système d'alarme qui protège la maison ainsi qu'un portail. On se sent chez soi et en sécurité. Si vous avez le moindre problème, Noelle et Sven seront là pour vous. Nous avons apprécié la qualité de cet hébergement et n'hésitez pas à séjourner dans cette super villa.

What an amazing house. We stayed at Noelle + Sven's house with 6 friends. We mainly chilled at the swimming pool during the day. Also, the terrace upstairs has a really large couch and is super comfy. Everything in the house looks new and the kitchen is really well equipped. We did not have a rental car so had to walk up and down to the supermarket every day. Which is only a 10 min walk but with water and drinks this is a bit of a trip. Contact with the hosts was also really good before and during the trip. So if you are looking for a chill weekend/holiday and don't mind staying at the house a lot it is amazing. Otherwise, we do recommend a rental car to discover the surrounding areas.

Noelle and Sven place is amazing! A true gem in a very peaceful and safe area mid-way between Valencia and Alicante, surrounded by villas, great roads for cycling and close to the water. The house exceeded our expectation, the host shared ideas activities to do closeby and restaurant recommendations. The booking was done very last minute so we trully also appreciated the flexibility and readiness to host us!We will come back for sure!!!

Espectacular! De verdad es difícil resumir lo maravilloso de este alojamiento, su nombre lo indica "un sueño". La casa es espectacular en su conjunto, tanto las habitaciones, el salón, la cocina.... afuera la zona de Barbacoa y Piscina, todo genial, super cuidado y perfecto para descansar y pasar unas vacaciones tranquilas. Esto sin olvidar el entorno, jardines y zona verde alrededor, el mar en el horizonte y muy cerca de Calpe y Moraira. También hay calas a las que puedes ir andando.... Y sin dejar de mencionar la atención de Noelle y Sven. De verdad genial y 100% recomendable!. Repetiremos seguro!

We had great expectations for our stay in this beautiful villa and they all came true. This spacious villa has everything you need for a pleasant stay! The spacious house has been decorated with great care and there is also more than enough space around the swimming pool. Nice that you can walk to the beach, both Moraira and Calpe are 15 minutes away. Air conditioning in the bedrooms, gas BBQ and outdoor shower are a plus. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our staying! The house is located in the middle of Moraira and Calpe in a easygoing neighborhood, making it a good place to visit both villages. The owners did just an amazing job with the reconstruction, making it a very comfortable house to stay in. New and fresh furniture and great styling in addition to 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms equipped with good beds. We felt at home before we even arrived with proactive communication, and the owners kept communicating promptly. There were kitchen herbs and spices available and other basic products. Furthermore, the house is quite luxurious with enough AC's and CV, high class kitchen appliances, a proper music system and comfortable sun beds. Nothing on the downside, making this an absolute comeback location for our family!

Toplocatie waar we heel graag nog een keer terug willen komen. 😀 - Al voor onze vlucht was er diverse keren contact geweest. Na onze landing doorgegeven dat we helaas een half uur vertraagd waren. Dat was geen enkel probleem en de mevrouw die ons ontving heeft speciaal op ons gewacht. Bij onze aankomst werden we verrast met een leuk pakket met een fles bubbels en andere lekkernijen ter gelegenheid van ons 25 jarig huwelijksjubileum. Wat attent dat jullie dit hebben geregeld. Bijna iedere dag kwam de meneer van het zwembad om te controleren of het bad nog vol genoeg en in orde was. De kamers waren echt top en wat een luxe dat we zoveel badkamers hadden. Voor een gezin met kinderen is dat echt heel prettig. Daarnaast is het ook top dat er airconditioning aanwezig is. Het slot met Nuki app is een uitkomst. Geen getob meer met sleutels maar iedereen kan met zijn telefoon naar binnen. Als laatste is het ook heel fijn dat de auto onder een overkapping kan staan. Dat scheelt enorm in temperatuur. Sven en Noëlle, reuze bedankt voor dit geweldige verblijf in jullie mooie huis met zwembad. We hebben enorm genoten en fijne herinneringen opgedaan. Als jullie het goedvinden willen we graag een keer terugkomen. 😞 - Echt geen kritiek. Het was jammer dat we niet langer hadden geboekt en dat deze locatie in de hele zomer al volgeboekt is. We komen graag hier terug en dat lukt dan deze zomer niet meer.

Otro año más han sido unas vacaciones de ensueño. Precioso entorno. Preciosas calas y playitas. Y preciosa Villa Mi Sueño!!!! Hace unos años la conocimos y nos enamoró a toda mi familia. Y ahora después de disfrutar unos días ... nuevamente soñamos con volver. Es una villa caprichosa, con unos patios y rinconcitos que cautivan, dignos de fotografiar a esa hora dulce del atardecer. La piscina es mi debilidad.... Está preciosa y super cuidada. Con luces para los baños a media noche jejje. Y rodeada de preciosas amacas y sombrillas. Y la casa!!! Súper acogedora. Decorada con mucho cariño y dedicación. No le falta de nada! Cada habitación con su aire climatizado. Un Lujo!!!! Y Noelle un encanto! Siempre atentísima a todo. Fueron, han sido y serán nuestras vacaciones de familia soñadas. Seguro!!! Gran labor, cariño y dedicación la que Noelle y Sven vuelcan en Villa Mi Sueño. Muchas gracias.

“Stilvolle Villa in Benissa (Strandnähe)” Haus:Das Haus hat 4 Schlafzimmer und 3 Badezimmer. Außerdem eine top ausgestatte Küche & Wohnzimmer. Man vermisst nichts in der Küche und es gibt auch eine Spülmaschine was viel Arbeit spart. Das Haus ist total stilvoll eingerichtet und hat alles was man auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht.
Draußen hat man einen Garten mit einigen Obstbäumen und natürlich am wichtigsten: eine Terasse zum entspannen mit Pool und Grill. Man kann auch abends beim Sonnenuntergang super draußen essen oder von der Dachterasse den Sonnenuntergang beobachten.
In der Umgebung hat es 2 Strände, welche man zu Fuß erreichen kann, sonst gibt es in ein paar Minuten Autofahrt noch einige mehr. Auch sportlich kann man sich zb. mit dem Rennrad betätigen, oder man geht einfach schwimmen.
Auch Restaurants finden sich ein paar in Geh Reichweite und sonst gibt es super Restaurants in einigen Minuten Autofahrt.
Die Gastgeberin ist super nett und hilft gerne weiter, wenn es mal wo ein Problem geben sollte.
Würde ich jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
