Cala Pinets and the beach of La Fustera are 10 minutes away on foot. The long sandy beaches of Calpe can be reached in just a few minutes by car.
Relax with your family or friends in a 4 bedroom house inside gardens of oleanders, citrus and palms. The terrace provides plenty of space to take your sunbaths. Refresh yourself in the newly renovated salt water pool.

Mi Sueño means “my dream”. Therefore we want you to have the sweetest dreams and we did our best that you do. All beds in the 4 bedrooms are box spring beds and the bed linen are from 100% natural materials.
Villa Mi Sueño has a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor BBQ and a fire place for when temperature drops.
And even workstations and computer equipment, if your stay at Villa Mi Sueño is to be a workation.

Wir waren mit zwei Familien im Haus und waren begeistert. Die Beschreibung passte genau und Noelle und Sven waren immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben sich schnell bei Fragen zurückgemeldet.
We have just returned from a wonderful weeks stay at Villa Mi Sueno. Thankyou Noelle and Sven for letting us stay in your beautiful home and for all your excellent communications which were always immediate and informative. This is a fabulous property which exceeded all our expectations, it is exactly as described and we are sure anyone staying here will not be disappointed. The location is a short walk from the beach in a quiet setting of private villas. The pool area is beautiful with 8 sun loungers, a corner sofa, large dining table, lots of parasols for shade and a large gas BBQ. Inside, the property has been tastefully furnished and superbly equipped with well thought out provisions. We only wished we could have stayed longer.
Alles im Haus ist mit viel Liebe gemacht. Es ist ein Wunderschönes Haus mit allem was man braucht und mehr. Es hat uns in unserem Urlaub nichts gefehlt. Kommunikation war immer sehr freundlich und genau beschrieben. Wir wollten wirklich nicht mehr weg.
This is a great choice for spending your holidays within walking distance to beautiful beaches and coves. There is ample room and the Villa is very well maintained. It has a beautiful balcony on the second floor to enjoy the evening. There’s also plenty of garden space around the house with a lovely pool. It is also close to fine restaurants and activities. The owners are very friendly I’m ready to assisting you have any needs.

Stilvolle Villa in Benissa (Strandnähe) Haus:
Das Haus hat 4 Schlafzimmer und 3 Badezimmer. Außerdem eine top ausgestatte Küche & Wohnzimmer. Man vermisst nichts in der Küche und es gibt auch eine Spülmaschine was viel Arbeit spart. Das Haus ist total stilvoll eingerichtet und hat alles was man auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht.
Draußen hat man einen Garten mit einigen Obstbäumen und natürlich am wichtigsten: eine Terasse zum entspannen mit Pool und Grill. Man kann auch abends beim Sonnenuntergang super draußen essen oder von der Dachterasse den Sonnenuntergang beobachten.
In der Umgebung hat es 2 Strände, welche man zu Fuß erreichen kann, sonst gibt es in ein paar Minuten Autofahrt noch einige mehr. Auch sportlich kann man sich zb. mit dem Rennrad betätigen, oder man geht einfach schwimmen.
Auch Restaurants finden sich ein paar in Geh Reichweite und sonst gibt es super Restaurants in einigen Minuten Autofahrt.
Die Gastgeberin ist super nett und hilft gerne weiter, wenn es mal wo ein Problem geben sollte.
Würde ich jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

We absolutely loved our staying! The house is located in the middle of Moraira and Calpe in an easygoing neighborhood, making it a good place to visit both villages. The owners did just an amazing job with the reconstruction, making it a very comfortable house to stay in. New and fresh furniture and great styling in addition to 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms equipped with good beds. We felt at home before we even arrived with proactive communication, and the owners kept communicating promptly. There were kitchen herbs and spices available and other basic products. Furthermore, the house is quite luxurious with enough AC's and CV, high class kitchen appliances, a proper music system and comfortable sun beds. Nothing on the downside, making this an absolute comeback location for our family!

Beautiful villa with v nice modern decor and all the comforts you wish for. Very scenic part of Benissa, close to various grocery shops, beaches and restaurants. Noelle and Sven are extremely tentive hosts that clearly know how to make your stay so special and unique. A very special place.
Amazing villa! 😀 - Amazing holiday villa! Very clean, modern, bright, cozy!!! Nice location, close to the sea and bar. On our arrival we were surprised with a bottle of vine, beer and sweets. Thank you very much Sven and Noelle for your kindness and hospitality. 😞 - ---

Fantastisk hus och bra kommunikation. Huset hade allt vad man behöver.
We hebben met ons gezin een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Een mooie rustige omgeving, prachtig uitzicht, een leuke zwembad om in het zonnetje van te genieten en een fijn huis om in te verblijven! De hele dag ook zon op het terras, zo fijn! De foto’s geven een heel goed beeld van het huis en de tuin is nog mooier dan verwacht. Ook het contact verliep soepel en Noëlle reageert direct. Een plekje om nog eens naar terug te keren.
This villa was amazing. We enjoyed everything from the beautiful property to the beautiful surroundings. You can walk to so many different areas if you don't mind hiking. The grocery store is a 10 min walk. Moraira was about a 2 hour plus walk. Well worth it as there was a vegan restaurant for me to enjoy and an amazing cove for swimming. If you are vegan just be prepared to make your own food as restaurants aren't well versed on vegan. The best avocados I've ever eaten.
All was good … Noelle and Sven was very helpful and clear. The villa was exactly as the pictures and all was clean !
Villa Mi Sueño is een compleet huis voor zowel zomer als winter op een goede locatie. Communicatie met de eigenaren verloopt soepel.
Para repetir Preciosa casa. Decorada con gusto, no le falta detalle. Los propietarios y el personal encantadores. Absolutamente recomendable.
Ce logement à entièrement répondu à nos attentes en tous points: propreté, équipements parfaits à tous niveaux: cuisine, salles de bain, living, climatisation très efficace, système d'alarme barbecue gaz, etc, etc! Les propriétaires étaient très réactifs à nos quelques questions. Une appréciation 5 étoiles largement méritée! Impatients d'y revenir!
Wij hebben hier 2 weken vakantie gevierd en het was echt een top villa! Kinderen hebben zich goed vermaakt in het zwembad en alles was goed geregeld!
