We used Airbnb quite a bit already in our past, but this was by far the best experience we ever had! The house is simply amazing, a wonderful space for up to eight adults built with much love for small and nice details having a wonderful and modern style in great quality! If you have visited this place you most likely will have problems to leave back to your home afterwards 😉

May it be the lovely pool with the sunchairs and the bbq outside in front of the house or the nice view from the terrace on the first floor having a cozy lounge with a sea view on which you want to experience the magic of the sundown in the evening.

If you are travelling with children, like we did, you may prefer to cook yourself, and you will find everything you need for that within the fully equipped kitchen! You also definitely should grant yourself a barista like espresso from the espresso machine in the morning! Lightning fast Internet, SmartTV and a Sonos Sound System in the living room actually entertained us when the sun made a small break, so even bad weather cannot harm you here.

In addition to this wonderful place Sven and Noelle were great and lovely hosts. They are extremely kind and caring and answered all our questions super fast. In addition they helped us with "local knowledge" where to go, what to do and what to avoid.

In a nutshell I would say there is no way around booking this place and you can be happy if you are privileged to be able to stay here! Better be fast, before we book it again, and again... :-p

“Stilvolle Villa in Benissa (Strandnähe)” Haus:
Das Haus hat 4 Schlafzimmer und 3 Badezimmer. Außerdem eine top ausgestatte Küche & Wohnzimmer. Man vermisst nichts in der Küche und es gibt auch eine Spülmaschine was viel Arbeit spart. Das Haus ist total stilvoll eingerichtet und hat alles was man auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht.
Draußen hat man einen Garten mit einigen Obstbäumen und natürlich am wichtigsten: eine Terasse zum entspannen mit Pool und Grill. Man kann auch abends beim Sonnenuntergang super draußen essen oder von der Dachterasse den Sonnenuntergang beobachten.

In der Umgebung hat es 2 Strände, welche man zu Fuß erreichen kann, sonst gibt es in ein paar Minuten Autofahrt noch einige mehr. Auch sportlich kann man sich zb. mit dem Rennrad betätigen, oder man geht einfach schwimmen.
Auch Restaurants finden sich ein paar in Geh Reichweite und sonst gibt es super Restaurants in einigen Minuten Autofahrt.

Die Gastgeberin ist super nett und hilft gerne weiter, wenn es mal wo ein Problem geben sollte.
Würde ich jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

We absolutely loved our staying! The house is located in the middle of Moraira and Calpe in an easygoing neighborhood, making it a good place to visit both villages. The owners did just an amazing job with the reconstruction, making it a very comfortable house to stay in. New and fresh furniture and great styling in addition to 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms equipped with good beds. We felt at home before we even arrived with proactive communication, and the owners kept communicating promptly. There were kitchen herbs and spices available and other basic products. Furthermore, the house is quite luxurious with enough AC's and CV, high class kitchen appliances, a proper music system and comfortable sun beds. Nothing on the downside, making this an absolute comeback location for our family!

This is a well situated, well maintained villa and we enjoyed a lovely 8 nights. The Villa is an easy walk down to the local beaches and a decent sized local supermarket. We tend to cook in most nights and found the villa well equipped with good equipment. We were grateful to have a car as we like to shop at the Pepe La Sal supermarket in Moraira but we could have made do without a car as the local supermarket had most things. The villa is great if you want to have a chilled out holiday but also good for cyclists etc.

Noelle and Sven place is amazing! A true gem in a very peaceful and safe area mid-way between Valencia and Alicante, surrounded by villas, great roads for cycling and close to the water. The house exceeded our expectation, the host shared ideas activities to do closeby and restaurant recommendations. The booking was done very last minute so we trully also appreciated the flexibility and readiness to host us!We will come back for sure!!!

A beautiful house with everything you need. We didn't want to leave there

We had great expectations for our stay in this beautiful villa and they all came true. This spacious villa has everything you need for a pleasant stay! The spacious house has been decorated with great care and there is also more than enough space around the swimming pool. Nice that you can walk to the beach, both Moraira and Calpe are 15 minutes away. Air conditioning in the bedrooms, gas BBQ and outdoor shower are a plus. Highly recommended!

Me and my girlfriend came for cycling for a week during February. Honestly one of the best vacations we've ever had. Great location in between Calp and Moraira. Would stay here again. Noelle and Sven responded within minutes to or questions.

La experiencia en casa de Noelle y Sven ha sido excepcional; de hecho, de las mejores que hemos tenido en nuestras estancias de Airbnb.
La casa es grande y dispone de todo aquello que uno puede necesitar, como menaje de todo tipo, unos electrodomésticos maravillosos, camas comodísimas, etc., con numerosos detalles y de calidad.
La piscina y el exterior de la casa (barbacoa, patio...) son un auténtico lujo y, además, la casa tiene cerca bastantes calas.
Y en cuanto a la comunicación con los anfitriones ha sido perfecta. Noelle nos atendió siempre rápida y eficazmente.
¡Un lujo que esperamos poder repetir!

We had a wonderful stay at Noelle&Sven's beautiful house. Everything was immaculate and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Would love to visit again!

Wonderful 5 night stay as a group of 3 couples. Modern, clean and nicely furnished. Bring extra dishwasher tablets bin bags as only 1 set is provided. Would recommend renting a car if staying here as, although some beaches/ restaurants are within walking distance, there’s much more to see a short drive away. Would definitely return.

Fantastisch!!! Wat een heerlijk huis , met een fantastisch uitzicht en vlak bij de rivier waar we zoveel gespot hebben leeuwen , olifanten ,buffels, koedoe’s en vele vogels . Alle avonden heerlijk bij de Boma gezeten en genoten van de braai , de geluiden en de vele sterren .

Lo primero agradecer la atención recibida por parte de Noelle+Sven, mi familia y yo hemos pasado un hermoso finde, la casa preciosa, tal como se ve en las fotos, con todas las comodidades, tienes preciosas calas muy cerca, así que repetiremos seguro.😉

Heel mooi en gezellig ingericht huis, met prachtige tuin en zwembad. Host is heel behulpzaam en reageerde direct bij vragen.

Perfecte ligging, heel veel dieren om het huis, klein kruger in je eigen tuin aan het zwembad. Schitterend, heerlijk rustig en superleuke braai plek aanwezig bij het huis. Dieren volop te spotten en game drive bij dylan is erg leuk

Mrs We fell in love with this beautiful property. The 3 en suite bedrooms are beautifully equipped and decorated. The living and kitchen area downstairs were great and well equipped, the upstairs deck was fab for star gazing, or even a glimpse of ellies going down to drink in the far distance. Lots of different birds visited. I specially liked the blue waxwings. The tortoise came, also an ostrich, kudu, bushbuck, wart hog etc No traffic noise at all and you'd hardly realise any other houses were nearby. Loved the pool and firepit/braai area. Fabulous memories - you should go stay!

Wij hebben hier 2 weken vakantie gevierd en het was echt een top villa! Kinderen hebben zich goed vermaakt in het zwembad en alles was goed geregeld!

Paradise Nora Wa Hina is a fabulous lodge bordering the Kruger. , everything you could ask for , 3 en suite bedrooms all traditionally done with a great viewing deck . Had lots of animals visit us on our week stay . Absolute no noise apart from the animals great splash pool and braai area . Came all the way from Scotland for this and would come back in a heartbeat... what a holiday this was and this place made it for us .
