Stilvolle Villa in Benissa (Strandnähe) Haus: Das Haus hat 4 Schlafzimmer und 3 Badezimmer. Außerdem eine top ausgestatte Küche & Wohnzimmer. Man vermisst nichts in der Küche und es gibt auch eine Spülmaschine was viel Arbeit spart. Das Haus ist total stilvoll eingerichtet und hat alles was man auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht. Draußen hat man einen Garten mit einigen Obstbäumen und natürlich am wichtigsten: eine Terasse zum entspannen mit Pool und Grill. Man kann auch abends beim Sonnenuntergang super draußen essen oder von der Dachterasse den Sonnenuntergang beobachten. In der Umgebung hat es 2 Strände, welche man zu Fuß erreichen kann, sonst gibt es in ein paar Minuten Autofahrt noch einige mehr. Auch sportlich kann man sich zb. mit dem Rennrad betätigen, oder man geht einfach schwimmen. Auch Restaurants finden sich ein paar in Geh Reichweite und sonst gibt es super Restaurants in einigen Minuten Autofahrt. Die Gastgeberin ist super nett und hilft gerne weiter, wenn es mal wo ein Problem geben sollte. Würde ich jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Einzigartig - nur zu empfehlen So haben wir uns das Haus nicht vorgestellt. Alle unsere Erwartungen wurden erfüllt und übertroffen. Die Gastgeberin, Cathy und Themby waren einzigartig und ständig um uns bemüht. Das Haus bietet alles, was man sich wünscht. Die Reaktionszeit der Gastgeberin auf Fragen, war sehr schnell und stets zur vollen Zufriedenheit. Tiere haben uns begrüßt. Haus und auch der Pool waren sehr gepflegt. Wir können dieses Haus nur sehr empfehlen!!

Alles im Haus ist mit viel Liebe gemacht. Es ist ein Wunderschönes Haus mit allem was man braucht und mehr. Es hat uns in unserem Urlaub nichts gefehlt. Kommunikation war immer sehr freundlich und genau beschrieben. Wir wollten wirklich nicht mehr weg.

We hebben een fantastische week gehad in villa Mi Sueño. Alles is aanwezig, mooie inrichting, tuin en super uitzicht! Eigenaars zijn vlot bereikbaar en heel behulpzaam. Wij gaan zeker nog terug.

We had great expectations for our stay in this beautiful villa and they all came true. This spacious villa has everything you need for a pleasant stay! The spacious house has been decorated with great care and there is also more than enough space around the swimming pool. Nice that you can walk to the beach, both Moraira and Calpe are 15 minutes away. Air conditioning in the bedrooms, gas BBQ and outdoor shower are a plus. Highly recommended!

Wij hebben deze villa gehuurd met 8 personen en 1 baby’tje in de paasvakantie 2024.Wij hadden een heel leuk verblijf in de villa van Noelle & Sven en hebben er echt van genoten.Alles was goed voorzien en de communicatie met Noelle & Sven verliep zeer vlot. Alles was aanwezig voor een zorgeloos verlof te hebben en puur te genieten. Het enige minpuntje was dat het zwembad blijkbaar een week niet had gefilterd na de techniekers en dus een beetje vuil was, maar dit was snel verholpen. De locatie was optimaal gelegen, vlakbij het strand La Fustera en de kindjes hebben zich kostelijk geamuseerd in en rond het zwembad.De tuin was zeer aangenaam om in rond te wandelen en te genieten van de geur van de mooie citroen boom.Wij komen zeer graag terug naar deze villa in de toekomst!Bedankt voor het aangename verblijf!Familie Beckers.

Wonderful 5 night stay as a group of 3 couples. Modern, clean and nicely furnished. Bring extra dishwasher tablets bin bags as only 1 set is provided. Would recommend renting a car if staying here as, although some beaches/ restaurants are within walking distance, there’s much more to see a short drive away. Would definitely return.

Absolutely beautiful, worth a long, long stay! This is a simply lovely house...clean, spacious, well equipped (only missing laundry facilities which are available nearby), comfortably furnished, stylish with a true African vibe. Good linens and towels. The beautiful natural bush surroundings are very quiet and the location allows comfortable access to KNP (approx 30 minutes to Croc Bridge or 50 minutes to Malelane). Lots of animals and 1000´s of birds visit every day (zebra, wildebeest, ostrich, bushbuck, vervet monkeys, mongoose, bushbabies, impala, kudu, duiker and more). Short stroll to river with great views. Outdoor areas are perfect for relaxing, braaing, stargazing or soaking up a few rays at the lovey clean pool. Owner Hillary is very helpful and responsive during booking process and stay. She really goes that extra mile. Do NOT hesitate to book.

Beautiful villa with v nice modern decor and all the comforts you wish for. Very scenic part of Benissa, close to various grocery shops, beaches and restaurants. Noelle and Sven are extremely tentive hosts that clearly know how to make your stay so special and unique. A very special place.

This villa was amazing. We enjoyed everything from the beautiful property to the beautiful surroundings. You can walk to so many different areas if you don't mind hiking. The grocery store is a 10 min walk. Moraira was about a 2 hour plus walk. Well worth it as there was a vegan restaurant for me to enjoy and an amazing cove for swimming. If you are vegan just be prepared to make your own food as restaurants aren't well versed on vegan. The best avocados I've ever eaten.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with a thoughtful welcome package, setting the tone for an unforgettable stay. The house was beautifully equipped with all the luxury amenities we could wish for, making us feel right at home from the start. The tranquil surroundings and proximity to the beach, restaurants, and other amenities made it an ideal location for both relaxation and exploration. Although some of our little ones missed a heated pool, the refreshing dip on warm days was more than welcome - and the giant lemons from the lemon tree in the garden made for a delightful addition to our meals. Overall, Villa Mi Sueño was the perfect choice for our family holiday, and we're already looking forward to returning soon! Rooms: The four rooms in the house boast luxurious accommodations, each with access to its own bathroom. The closet space is generous, and the beds guarantee a restful night's sleep. Ample ventilation is provided through the windows, ensuring a comfortable stay for all. Nearby activities: Calp and Moraira are just a 10-minute drive away, offering plenty of activities to fill your morning or afternoon. The area boasts several beaches with charming beach bars, perfect for a leisurely visit. Safety: The house is equipped with an alarm system and is securely gated all around, providing peace of mind for the safety of the children to play wherever they wished, ensuring our complete comfort and security throughout our stay. Food & drinks: Restaurants are conveniently located nearby, but our favorite spot is at Fustera beach, where a delightful beach bar serves tasty finger foods and is staffed by very friendly individuals.

Muy bueno El chalet estaba muy nuevo todo, muy limpio y super equipado.
Una casa ideal para pasar un finde con los amigos y no tienes necesidad casi ni de salir del chalet de la tranquilidad y a gusto que se esta. La dueña muy amable y atenta. Totalmente recomendable.

What an amazing house. We stayed at Noelle + Sven's house with 6 friends. We mainly chilled at the swimming pool during the day. Also, the terrace upstairs has a really large couch and is super comfy. Everything in the house looks new and the kitchen is really well equipped. We did not have a rental car so had to walk up and down to the supermarket every day. Which is only a 10 min walk but with water and drinks this is a bit of a trip. Contact with the hosts was also really good before and during the trip. So if you are looking for a chill weekend/holiday and don't mind staying at the house a lot it is amazing. Otherwise, we do recommend a rental car to discover the surrounding areas.

We have just returned from a wonderful weeks stay at Villa Mi Sueno. Thankyou Noelle and Sven for letting us stay in your beautiful home and for all your excellent communications which were always immediate and informative. This is a fabulous property which exceeded all our expectations, it is exactly as described and we are sure anyone staying here will not be disappointed. The location is a short walk from the beach in a quiet setting of private villas. The pool area is beautiful with 8 sun loungers, a corner sofa, large dining table, lots of parasols for shade and a large gas BBQ. Inside, the property has been tastefully furnished and superbly equipped with well thought out provisions. We only wished we could have stayed longer.

La villa es espectacular. Muy nueva. Con mucho espacio. Dispone de AA. Aunque no hemos tenido que usarlo apenas. La piscina privada de agua salada es una perfecta. En las amplias terrazas hemos disfrutado de comidas, juegos, charla. El entorno es muy tranquilo yoas calas están muy cerca andando. Si prefieres playa de arena, Calpe está muy cerca en coche.
