Cala Pinets y la playa de La Fustera están a 10 minutos a pie. A las largas playas de arena de Calpe se llega en pocos minutos en coche.
Relájese con la familia o los amigos en una casa de 4 dormitorios dentro de jardines de adelfas, cítricos y palmeras. La terraza ofrece mucho espacio para tomar el sol. Refrésquese en la piscina de agua salada recién renovada.
Otras características: WIFI de alta velocidad, una cocina totalmente equipada, barbacoa. A minutos en coche de los supermercados. Gran ubicación también para los ciclistas y golfistas.

We had a wonderful stay at Noelle&Sven's beautiful house. Everything was immaculate and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Would love to visit again!
The villa is spectacular. Very new. With a lot of space. It has AC. Although we have hardly had to use it. The private salt water pool is a perfect one. On the large terraces we have enjoyed meals, games, talks. The environment is very quiet and the coves are very close on foot. If you prefer a sandy beach, Calpe is very close by car.

A Perfect Family Holiday at Villa Mi Sueño!
Our week at Villa Mi Sueño truly was a dream come true. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with a thoughtful welcome package, setting the tone for an unforgettable stay. The house was beautifully equipped with all the luxury amenities we could wish for, making us feel right at home from the start.
The tranquil surroundings and proximity to the beach, restaurants, and other amenities made it an ideal location for both relaxation and exploration. Although some of our little ones missed a heated pool, the refreshing dip on warm days was more than welcome - and the giant lemons from the lemon tree in the garden made for a delightful addition to our meals.
Overall, Villa Mi Sueño was the perfect choice for our family holiday, and we're already looking forward to returning soon!

Espectacular! De verdad es difícil resumir lo maravilloso de este alojamiento, su nombre lo indica "un sueño". La casa es espectacular en su conjunto, tanto las habitaciones, el salón, la cocina.... afuera la zona de Barbacoa y Piscina, todo genial, super cuidado y perfecto para descansar y pasar unas vacaciones tranquilas. Esto sin olvidar el entorno, jardines y zona verde alrededor, el mar en el horizonte y muy cerca de Calpe y Moraira. También hay calas a las que puedes ir andando.... Y sin dejar de mencionar la atención de Noelle y Sven. De verdad genial y 100% recomendable!. Repetiremos seguro!
Il ne faut surtout pas hésiter à partir en janvier à Benissa dans cette superbe maison. La météo est vraiment très agréable et la végétation est magnifique. Il y a des citrons et des oranges dans le jardin. Pour nous, canadiens, cela est très exotique. La découverte de la région est facile et il y a une multitude de petits endroits qui sont magiques. De plus, il est facile de se rendre à Valence pour une belle journée dans cette superbe ville.La maison est très confortable, agréable et très moderne. Il y a du chauffage pour les soirée fraîche et le foyer donne une ambiance très romantique. Tous les équipements de la maison sont de très bonne qualité et fonctionnent parfaitement. Aussi, il y a une système d'alarme qui protège la maison ainsi qu'un portail. On se sent chez soi et en sécurité. Si vous avez le moindre problème, Noelle et Sven seront là pour vous. Nous avons apprécié la qualité de cet hébergement et n'hésitez pas à séjourner dans cette super villa.
We absolutely loved our staying! The house is located in the middle of Moraira and Calpe in an easygoing neighborhood, making it a good place to visit both villages. The owners did just an amazing job with the reconstruction, making it a very comfortable house to stay in. New and fresh furniture and great styling in addition to 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms equipped with good beds. We felt at home before we even arrived with proactive communication, and the owners kept communicating promptly. There were kitchen herbs and spices available and other basic products. Furthermore, the house is quite luxurious with enough AC's and CV, high class kitchen appliances, a proper music system and comfortable sun beds. Nothing on the downside, making this an absolute comeback location for our family!

We had great expectations for our stay in this beautiful villa and they all came true. This spacious villa has everything you need for a pleasant stay! The spacious house has been decorated with great care and there is also more than enough space around the swimming pool. Nice that you can walk to the beach, both Moraira and Calpe are 15 minutes away. Air conditioning in the bedrooms, gas BBQ and outdoor shower are a plus. Highly recommended!
Die Lage des Hauses war für uns perfekt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet für jegliche Bedürfnisse. Wir kommen wieder! Danke für den tollen Service.
Exceptional Casa totalmente equipada, cocina completa, aire acondicionado, calefacción, barbacoa, wifi, piscina, salon muy amplio... Llovió y no pudimos disfrutar de la piscina.
No muy buena cobertura móvil, pero la casa dispone de wifi.
No hay palabras para describir lo bien que hemos estado en el chalet de Noelle y Sven. Espectacular se me queda corto incluso. Tiene de todo. Además de estar decorado con mucho gusto, hemos disfrutado del calorcito de la chimenea y los radiadores, en los días más fríos del invierno. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio. Noelle y Sven no estaban aquí, por lo que nos dieron las llaves y enseñaron la casa, Amparo y Carlos, que fueron súper amables. Pedimos también estar más tiempo en el día de salida y no nos pusieron ningún problema, es más, nos permitieron decidir a nosotros la hora. Sin duda, volveremos.
My stay here was amazing. The villa was clean and modern and had everything we needed. Spent time wandering and exploring the surrounding areas and also spent time enjoying the spectacular property. Will def come back!

Fantastisk hus och bra kommunikation. Huset hade allt vad man behöver.
Heel mooi en gezellig ingericht huis, met prachtige tuin en zwembad. Host is heel behulpzaam en reageerde direct bij vragen.
What an amazing house. We stayed at Noelle + Sven's house with 6 friends. We mainly chilled at the swimming pool during the day. Also, the terrace upstairs has a really large couch and is super comfy. Everything in the house looks new and the kitchen is really well equipped. We did not have a rental car so had to walk up and down to the supermarket every day. Which is only a 10 min walk but with water and drinks this is a bit of a trip. Contact with the hosts was also really good before and during the trip. So if you are looking for a chill weekend/holiday and don't mind staying at the house a lot it is amazing. Otherwise, we do recommend a rental car to discover the surrounding areas.
Amazing holiday villa! Very clean, modern, bright, cozy!!! Nice location, close to the sea and bar. On our arrival we were surprised with a bottle of vine, beer and sweets. Thank you very much Sven and Noelle for your kindness and hospitality.
